Screen Time Can Harm More Than Your Eyes

Too much screen time is not just an eye problem. It can affect sleep, posture, movement, focus, mood, and daily energy.

Long hours on phones, computers, tablets, and TVs can keep your body sitting too long, your neck bent forward, your eyes strained, and your mind constantly stimulated. The issue is not technology itself. The issue is using technology without limits, breaks, or body awareness.

Your screen habits are part of your health habits.

Simple steps you can take today:

Take screen breaks throughout the day.
Stand up and move every 30 to 60 minutes.
Keep screens at eye level when possible.
Create screen-free time before bed.

At INMUHEALTH, prevention begins with education and routine check-ups, which include wellness monitoring, lifestyle risk assessment, laboratory testing when necessary, and referrals to specialized care.
