Poor Ventilation Can Make Everyday Toxins Worse

A sealed home can trap more than cold air. It can trap pollutants.

Poor ventilation allows indoor chemicals, cooking fumes, mold spores, dust, humidity, fragrance, and cleaning product vapors to build up. When fresh air is limited, the air you breathe indoors can become heavier, more irritating, and more polluted over time.

Your home needs airflow, not just air conditioning.

Simple steps you can take today:

Use kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans.
Open windows when outdoor air quality is good.
Avoid spraying chemicals in closed rooms.
Check that vents and AC returns are not blocked.

At INMUHEALTH, prevention starts with education and routine checkups, including wellness monitoring, lifestyle risk reviews, lab work when needed, and referrals for specialized care.

Your path to a healthier tomorrow begins today.
