Digital Eye Strain Is a Modern Health Problem

Your eyes were not designed to stare at screens for hours without breaks.

Digital eye strain can show up as dry eyes, blurry vision, headaches, burning, irritation, trouble focusing, and neck or shoulder discomfort. Long screen use can reduce blinking and force your eyes to work harder, especially when lighting, distance, posture, or prescription needs are not right.

Ignoring eye strain does not make you tougher. It makes the problem worse.

Simple steps you can take today:

Use the 20-20-20 rule.
Look 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.
Blink more often when using screens.
Keep your screen at a comfortable distance and height.

At INMUHEALTH, prevention begins with education and routine check-ups, which include wellness monitoring, lifestyle risk assessment, laboratory testing when necessary, and referrals to specialized care.

Your journey toward a healthier tomorrow starts today.
