Mold in Your Home Can Affect Your Health

Mold is not just an ugly stain on the wall. It can become a real health problem inside your home.

Mold grows where moisture lives — bathrooms, ceilings, closets, AC areas, kitchens, walls, and hidden water-damaged spaces. Exposure can irritate the nose, throat, eyes, skin, and lungs. For people with allergies, asthma, chronic lung problems, or weakened immune systems, mold can become even more serious.

If you smell mold, see mold, or keep getting unexplained respiratory symptoms at home, do not ignore it.

Simple steps you can take today:

Fix leaks as soon as possible.
Keep indoor humidity under control.
Clean visible mold safely and properly.
Get professional help for large or hidden mold problems.

At INMUHEALTH, prevention starts with education and routine checkups, including wellness monitoring, lifestyle risk reviews, lab work when needed, and referrals for specialized care.

Your path to a healthier tomorrow begins today.
