Your Indoor Air May Be More Polluted Than Outside Air

The air inside your home may not be as clean as you think.

Indoor air can carry dust, mold spores, chemicals from cleaning products, fragrance, smoke, cooking fumes, pet dander, and particles from furniture or building materials. Poor ventilation can trap these pollutants indoors and allow them to build up over time.

You breathe your home’s air for hours every day. That makes indoor air a health issue, not just a comfort issue.

Simple steps you can take today:

Open windows when outdoor conditions are safe.
Use exhaust fans when cooking or cleaning.
Replace AC filters regularly.
Reduce chemical sprays and strong fragrances indoors.

At INMUHEALTH, prevention starts with education and routine checkups, including wellness monitoring, lifestyle risk reviews, lab work when needed, and referrals for specialized care.

Your path to a healthier tomorrow begins today.
